Harminder Singh graduated in Craft Product Design, from the Indian Institute of Crafts and Design, Jaipur and was awarded a Master's degree in Architecture and Settlement Conservation from the Faculty of Architecture, CEPT University, Ahmedabad. He is an empanelled designer in the North Region, Office of Development Commissioner (Handcrafts) Government of India and has extended his skills through several courses on Material Joints from National Institute of Design and Consumer Behavior and Marketing from Indian Institute of Rural Management. He represents a practicing craftsmen family, trained in the craft of meenakari along with other associated crafts. He has been awarded the Master Craftsman title by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan. He has been associated with several institutions of design and education as a full time faculty and conducted a number of workshops for government and NGO entities as a designer. He has exhibited his talent on various national and international level exhibitions.
