Ansal University offers a three-year Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Imaging Technology to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare sector. Medical imaging studies have been a keystone in medical diagnosis for decades; however, with technological developments and the addition of new imaging modalities now place medical imaging among the most dynamic, expanding and high demand fields in clinical medicine. Students entering our professional degree program are educated in multiple diagnostic medical imaging modalities including the use of X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, Angiography and PET technologies etc. to diagnose diseases.

The candidate must have passed 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th Grade or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology with a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Candidates after their successful completion of B.Sc. MIT (Medical Imaging Technology) course have vast opportunities both in terms of higher study options and also in pursuing a profession.
Higher Studies Options after B.Sc. MIT (Medical Imaging Technology) course:
After having successfully completed the second semester university examination the student will be qualified to commence the clinical postings for 2-3 weeks in each semester in leading hospitals. Six month full time internship in a hospital is mandatory to enable a student to obtain the degree of Bachelor of Medical Imaging Technology.
Based on merit generated on the basis of marks in XII Std. Science / Equivalent Examination followed by written Screening test and personal interview
HOW TO APPLY
STEP I: Online registration to B.Sc. Medical Technology programme: Complete the online registration by filling the online registration form and making online payment of registration charges. Registration charges are Rs.1250/-
STEP II: You will be called for PI-WAT exam (Personal Interview and Written Ability Test)
STEP III: Selection will be intimated to candidate through email.
STEP IV: Admission process will be completed after the verification of all the submitted documents and payment of 1st instalment of academic fees.
